THE ROLE

The Copywriter shapes how Ngọc Sương sounds—across social, ads, website, CRM messages, and in-store/event materials. Your job is to turn product truth into words that people understand, trust, and act on.

This role sits at the intersection of brand and performance: you must write with taste and clarity, while caring about outcomes—bookings, footfall, sell-out, and repeat purchase.

  • Location - 08 Nguyễn Siêu Str., Sài Gòn Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Contract term - Full-time, Mon–Fri + ½ day Saturday
  • Time - 8–10 hours/day (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The scope below is representative and may shift by business priority.

35% — Social & Always-on Content Writing

  • Write captions, scripts, and storyboards for FB/IG/TikTok/Zalo, aligned with content calendar and brand voice.
  • Translate business priorities into clear hooks and formats (UGC, Reels, carousels, short-form scripts).
  • Collaborate with designers/creators to ensure copy fits visual rhythm and platform specs.

25% — Performance Copy (Ads, Landing Page, Conversion Assets)

  • Write and iterate ad copy variants (hook → problem → solution → proof → CTA) for Meta/TikTok/Google as needed.
  • Support conversion points: landing page text, offer pages, menus/FAQs, inquiry scripts.
  • Work with performance/marketing ops to log learnings and scale winning angles.

20% — Website & SEO Content

  • Write/refresh SEO-friendly articles, product pages, branch pages, and Google Business Profile content (if applicable).
  • Maintain clarity on price-range, inclusions, and decision-making information that reduces friction.
  • Coordinate with team for keyword targets and internal linking logic.

10% — CRM & Lifecycle Messaging

  • Draft message templates for inbox/Zalo/email/SMS journeys: promo, reminders, post-visit follow-up, win-back.
  • Improve response templates and FAQs to reduce repeated questions and speed up CS handling.

10% — Quality Control & Brand Consistency

  • Maintain a simple brand voice guide (do/don't, vocabulary, tone examples) and ensure compliance.
  • Proofread and QA copy before publishing; reduce typos and factual inconsistencies.
  • Manage copy versioning: naming convention, revisions, and approval workflow.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (to be discussed in numbers after onboard)

KPIs below are split into owned execution metrics and shared business outcomes (measured with Sales/Marketing).

Owned (Execution) KPIs

  • On-time delivery: ≥ 95% copy deliverables delivered by deadline (captions/scripts/ads/CRM templates).
  • Revision efficiency: reduce major rewrite loops (e.g., ≤ 2 major revision rounds per asset).
  • Quality score: low typo/factual error rate; consistent adherence to approved tone and claims.
  • Testing volume: number of structured copy variants shipped per month (for ads/hooks/CTAs).
  • Content coverage: % planned calendar posts with copy ready before production deadlines.

Shared (Business Outcome) KPIs

  • Engagement lift on priority formats (Reels/TikTok): watch time, saves, shares, comments (relative to baseline).
  • Performance lift: improved CTR/CVR/CPA/ROAS on campaigns where copy variants are tested.
  • Conversion support: improved inquiry → booking/order rate where FAQs/menus/landing copy is updated.
  • SEO contribution (if assigned): growth in organic sessions and ranking improvements for target keywords.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years in copywriting/content roles; F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or FMCG is a plus.
  • Able to write short-form scripts and conversion copy, not only brand captions.
  • Strong Vietnamese writing fundamentals; English writing is a plus (if required for bilingual assets).
  • Comfortable working with designers/video creators and adapting copy to platform constraints.
  • Performance mindset: willing to test, learn, and rewrite based on results.
