About the Job

In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting and overseeing operations across Xendit, with a particular focus on bridging our Vietnam subsidiary (AppotaPay) and regional headquarters. As your role expands, you may also be involved in external projects with merchants, partners, and regulators across Southeast Asia.You will support Xendit's growth in Vietnam by assisting the COO Office in managing cross-border projects and operations. You will act as the structured link between our Vietnam Subsidiary and Xendit Parent, ensuring alignment, communication, and execution across entities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 -5 years working experience in Project Management, Business Strategy, or Management Consulting
  • Strong Vietnamese and English communication skills (written and spoken) able to produce professional reports, decks, and updates
  • Experience managing finance and/or operations-centric initiatives
  • Structured and organized, able to manage complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities while maintaining high quality of work
  • Able to grasp the big picture quickly while identifying key areas of focus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with cross-cultural teams and bridging local practices with international standards
  • Familiar with Google Workspace and Slack
  • A creative hustler - willing to try new approaches to get things done
  • An exceptional communicator who works well with cross-functional teams
  • Thrive on autonomy and proven ability to drive results independently

Responsibilities

  • Project manage high-impact cross-entity initiatives between AppotaPay and Xendit Parent, ensuring timely delivery and alignment
    • Effectively coordinate and streamline communications
    • Collaborate constantly with our senior management team to ensure alignment on goals
  • Provide administrative and PMO support
    • Documentation, structured reporting, meeting notes, and follow-up actions
  • Assist the COO and senior management with day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and resource tracking
    • Fill resource gaps in teams across the operations organization
    • Implement and facilitate training programs to continuously support upskilling of team members
    • Facilitate collaboration between operations, finance, compliance, and product teams in Vietnam and regional HQ
  • Research and analysis
    • Analyse data to recommend improvements to processes, internal tools and Xendit products
    • Produce structured, concise and insightful documentation to drive buy-in and execution
    • Execute proposed solutions to ensure problems are solved
  • Do whatever it takes for Xendit to succeed
