About this role
HouseNow is looking for a Content Marketing to join our team in Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi. In this role, you&aposll be instrumental in crafting and executing viral-worthy content strategies across diverse formats, driving engagement and building our brand. We&aposre looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in content creation, a strong knack for experimentation and a passion for turning ideas into impactful results.
1. Job Description:
- Participate in planning weekly, monthly and quarterly content strategies
- Create and manage diverse content including social media posts, short-form videos, TVC,... across all channels
- Take initiative in experimenting with new content formats and storytelling approaches to boost virality and audience interest
- Propose creative content ideas that align with brand goals and contribute to HouseNows growth
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to launch campaigns that drive engagement and organic reach
- Track content metrics (views, shares, engagement, search visibility) and continuously suggest improvements based on performance data
- Research customer insights, social trends and platform algorithms to ensure content is timely, relevant and highly shareable
2. Requirements:
- Participate in planning weekly, monthly and quarterly content strategies
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, especially with a portfolio that includes viral or high-engagement content
- Strong writing skills with a diverse, creative and flexible writing style not limited by rigid formats
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into engaging social content, including a good sense of visual storytelling
- Strong awareness of social media trends and a good understanding of youth culture
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM and social media platforms
- Able to use content creation tools such as Photoshop, Canva, CapCut or similar for image and video editing is a plus
- Proactive, creative mindset with the ability to pitch and execute bold ideas
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
