Role Purpose
We're looking for a creative and digital-savvy Content Creator to develop informative and engaging content across digital channels, including social media and our company website. You'll create content that supports customer engagement, sales, brand development and recruitment initiatives - continuously improving performance based on audience insights. Experience in content creation within the fitness equipment industry is an advantage, but not a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and produce daily/weekly content for Facebook and other social media channels
- Develop short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, and other channel
- Plan and produce video content for social media
- Write, edit, publish and optimize website content using a CMS
- Research, conceptualize and develop compelling, SEO-friendly content
- Monitor content performance and test new ideas/formats based on audience insights
- Translate and adapt text, subtitles and audio between English and Vietnamese
- Coordinate with Marketing on newsletters, social campaigns and other initiatives
- Collaborate with field experts to stay current on industry trends and terminology
Key Requirements
- University/college graduate with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated professional writing and content creation skills
- Experience creating short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reels and YouTube
- Comfortable working with a digital Content Management System (CMS)
- Strong research, conceptualization and SEO content writing skills
- Experience engaging and growing web audiences and online communities
- Strong English proficiency
- Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows
- Creative, detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management
