Role Overview
We're looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes TikTok. If you can spot trends before they hit your feed and turn them into content that fits our brands, you might be the one.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our creative, marketing and operation teams to analyze, plan, execute, engage, and optimize content relevant to our brands, objectives, communities, and platforms.
- Analyze: Research trends, viral formats and content directions that align with brand goals.
- Plan: Create a content calendar based on Marketing requests and brand activities (including AWO, campaign contents, product launches, etc.).
- Execute: Develop content across all platforms, with a focus on TikTok, Threads and emerging formats. This includes idea ideation, writing, shooting, editing, and collaborating with creators or in-house teams.
- Optimize: Monitor analytics bi-weekly/monthly, track performance, and document learnings to optimize future content.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in personal or professional Content Creation or Social Media Agencies.
- Social-nativeness: Deep understanding of social media platforms (algorithms, content formats, etc.), particularly TikTok platforms.
- Creative drive: constant creation and testing, moving fast while keeping quality high.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and execution.
- Skilled at shooting photos and videos with phone.
- Experience in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
- Meticulous and well-organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English.
