Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for a Consol Sales professional. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, collaborating with the sales and operations teams to optimize customer offerings, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in LCL Consol Sales and Froeght forwarding, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to learn & driven to achieve.
- Proven negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales management tools is preferred
- Previous experience in LCL consolidation is plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
