KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing and reviewing internal procedures and policies.
- Monitoring the implementation of all applicable statutory regulations, as well as internal procedures and policies.
- Delivering compliance training to management and employees across other departments.
- Managing and maintaining the company's internal compliance documents and records.
- Identifying, assessing, communicating, and mitigating compliance risks.
- Providing compliance advice and guidance to other departments.
- Supporting business decision-making from a compliance perspective.
- Coordinating with state authorities and relevant internal departments on regulatory directives or requirements, as well as on the company's responses to such directives or requirements.
- Supporting senior compliance staff in preparing compliance operation agendas.
- Coordinating with and supporting the operations of the company's internal audit department.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the Head of Compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and skills:
- University degree in law, accounting, finance, business administration;
- Knowledge of compliance, including planning, techniques, test
- Ability to conduct independent research and analysis
Practical experience:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in compliance/legal/operations risk/audit work. Experience with banks or financial services companies will be a definite advantage.
- A strong knowledge of audit techniques and Vietnam regulations.
Language skills:
- Fluent in English communication
