Senior Compliance Monitoring Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Define compliance requirements by reconciling new legal documents, requirements of competent state authorities and actual operations of units at VPB FC.
• Receive, assess and report the progress of compliance requirement implementation at units.
• Upload and manage the contents on compliance control system.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by Compliance Monitoring Team Leader

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Laws, Finance – Banking or relevant fields
• At least 02 years experience in compliance control position, preferably working for banks or other finance institutions
• In-depth knowledge of banking processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Analytical & skeptical skills
• Time management skill
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English
• Diligent and commitment
• Pay attention to details
