Develop and implement scalable and standardized training programs for both internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with business goals and seller needs.
Lead E2E training projects to enhance seller engagement, strengthen seller communities, and optimize seller investment.
Create engaging, high-quality training materials, including presentations, guides, videos, and e-learning modules.
Track, analyze, and optimize training effectiveness using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve seller performance.
Partner with internal teams (e.g., BD, Marketing, Government Relations) to align training with platform updates, strategic goals, and market trends.
Build and maintain strong government and CSR partnerships to support seller education initiatives.
Leverage community networks to grow and strengthen seller engagement.
Standardize training processes and templates to ensure consistency, scalability, and high-quality execution.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement training activities and seller engagement initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in seller training, community management, or a related field.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Expertise in instructional design and creating multimedia training content (videos, e-learning, presentations).
Deep understanding of e-commerce operations, seller challenges, and growth strategies.
Strong analytical skills to track training impact and optimize programs based on data.
Well-connected within seller communities and experienced in driving engagement initiatives.
Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
