Develop plan, implement activities, manage project & reporting of marketing campaigns through celebrity & influencer channels
Campaign Management: follow multiple campaigns and projects with excellent attention about KPIs and benchmarks to measure campaign success
Brief and manage direct working process with Influencers/ KOL agency to ensure getting output on time with quality as expected
Constantly manage relationships with the owners of important channels to explore potential partnerships
Work closely with Campaign team/Brands Partnership/ Business Development Team/ KOL agency in a fast-paced environment to execute relevant tasks
Always has many ideas, back-up plan to follow the trends on social media
On-site management of KOLs to ensure smooth coordination and performance.
Leverage AI tools to support content creation, briefs, campaign reports, and data-driven insights.
Analyze project performance to gain clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders

Requirements

Graduated from University and have at least 4 years of experience in influencer marketing
Have a good understanding of Social Media & Influencer's landscape
Experience leading or mentoring a team is a strong plus
Good Communication & Negotiation Skill
Creative, proactive in updating trends and knowledge in social media, influencers
Good at Microsoft Office (especially in Excel, Word, Google Spreadsheets, Google Slide)
Proactive, Disciplined, Careful, Diligent, Responsible
Able to work in a fast-paced working environment with tight deadline
Familiar with E-commerce or Entertainment
Good command of English in Reading, Writing & Speaking
