Job Description
- Assists and supports Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in the preparation of different foods/ Gip T trng hoc T ph bp trong khu chun b cho cc loi thc n khc nhau.
- Ensures that food sanitation, safety and food handling functions are practiced in their areas on a daily basis/ m bo v sinh an ton thc phm khu vc lm vic mi ngy
- Must read and execute daily prep lists/ c v hiu yu cu chun b thc phm da trn danh sch c sn.
- Communicates well with the team and supervision to ensure everyone is informed properly/ Giao tip vi cc nhn vin khc m bo tt c hon thnh cng vic c giao.
- Maintains quality and proper presentation of food to meet and exceed departmental standards/ Duy tr cht lng, trnh by hp l ca cc mn n nhm p ng v vt qua s mong i ca b phn.
- Assist other junior kitchen staff in ensuring that the kitchen is clean at all times/ Gip cc nhn vin cp thp hn m bo bp lun trong tnh trang gn gng, sch s.
- Assist junior staff in daily mice en place, hygiene and sanitations standard. Must ensure is compliance with the sections standard/ Gip cc nhn vin cp thp hn trong vic chun b thc phm cng nh m bo v sinh chung ni lm vic.
- Keep supervision on junior staff on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results/ Gip nhn vin cp thp hn trnh nhng s c khng ng c.
- Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies/ C kh nng hon thnh cng vic c giao da trn ch dn v chnh sch ca b phn v cng ty.

Job Requirement
- Vocational School Certificate is preferred/ u tin ng vin c Chng ch ngh.
- At least one year for working experience /t nht 01 nm kinh nghim trong ngnh.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance/ Din mo chnh t.
- Ability to communicate fluently in the local language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally, able to communicate in other languages is preferred / Lu lot trong giao tip bng ngn ng a phng, kh nng ngoi ng c u tin.
- Basic knife skills are essential/ Cn c k nng s dng dao bp.
- Basic culinary skills and food knowledges is required/ Yu cu c kin thc v k nng bp c bn.
- Basic knowledgeable of the production and execution of the local cuisine/ Kin thc cn bn v cch ch bin mn n a phng.
- Must be able to work any shift and long hours when necessary/ C kh nng lm vic bt k ca no v thi gian di khi cn thit.
- Must have the ability to follow recipes/ C kh nng hc v lm theo cng thc mn n.
- Knowledge of sanitation techniques and processes/ C kin thc, k nng v m bo v sinh v quy trnh v sinh ni lm vic.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision, handle a fast-paced, can work under pressure and meet deadlines with particular attention to detail/ C kh nng lm vic t lp, ch n chi tit, gii quyt tnh hung nhanh chng v chu p lc cao hon thnh cng vic.
- Must have the ability to respond to handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy with junior staff/ C kh nng gii quyt nhng tnh hung kh hoc p lc cao bng s kho lo trong giao tip vi ng nhip.
