Job Description
- Conduct self in a professional manner at all times. Adheres to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
- Dress in issued uniform and ensures a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times.
- Report to work on time. Is aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notifies the Supervisor in adequate time.
- Pick-up work assignments from the Housekeeping Department, and review for any questions. Sign in/out on the payroll sheet or swipe id card in/out and floor keys. Report to assigned areas(s) with required keys, equipment, supplies, etc.
- Clean guest rooms following the established procedures and standards.
- Check for any discrepancies on the Room Attendants Report.
- Remove all garbage and recyclable items and place in the appropriate bins inside the service area.
- Report any damages or repairs and maintenance needed to Housekeeping.
- Report any items found in check-out rooms to Security and Housekeeping.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Call supervisor if work assignment is finished early for direction.
Job Requirement
- One year working experience is preferred.
- Basic Education completed is preferred.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both. verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is encouraged.
- Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
