Role Description

The Commercial Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic business development, sales, and customer relationship management. Key responsibilities include developing and managing client accounts, negotiating sales contracts, understanding customer needs, building strong partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Commercial Lead will contribute to the company's revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing the sales pipeline.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships effectively
  • Proven Sales and Account Management experience to develop and execute strategic initiatives
  • Experience in Purchasing and negotiation to manage commercial contracts successfully
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities to handle simultaneous client needs and sales goals
  • Understanding of digital commerce and AI-driven solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese and English languages
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
