Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Lead based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Commercial Lead will oversee sales operations, manage customer relationships, and handle purchasing strategies. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, managing key accounts, and contributing to purchasing decisions to align with business goals. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a forward-thinking approach to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Sales and Account Management
  • Experience or knowledge in Purchasing strategies
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role, especially in digital commerce, is a plus
