Responsibilities
- Finance
- Prepare monthly management reports, including analysis and explanation of variances versus budget and forecast.
- Produce and analyze financial reports as required.
- Oversee cost management for the Business Division's operations.
- Lead budgeting activities in coordination with Management and Directors.
- Develop business models to support strategic and day-to-day decision making.
- Be accountable for achieving financial and commercial targets.
- Identify and mitigate financial and commercial risks.
- Analyze and explain budget variances.
- Respond accurately and effectively to requests from PNJP internal departments and PNJ Group.
2.Commercial
- Oversee monthly business review meetings, working closely with the Commercial team to support the development of each product line and region.
- Discuss and resolve key issues, revenue trends, abnormal costs, and forecasts.
- Review market data and provide analysis to identify focus areas to improve profitability.
- Analyze historical and current sales data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide cost-of-goods data and develop optimal pricing models.
- Establish financial policies to support effective commercial operations or propose changes to ensure achievement of operational, commercial, and financial objectives.
3.Systems, Processes & Quality
- Develop information systems, reporting tools, and commercial support policies to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement in monthly information analysis.
- Implement and improve existing business processes.
4.Key Performance Indicators & Objectives
- Accurate, timely, and relevant management and financial reporting.
- Up-to-date financial reconciliations and controls maintained.
- Positive and measurable contributions to business performance.
Requirements
- rBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Finance Analysis or an equivalent role.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel (including complex modeling and analysis).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver accurate, relevant, and timely information.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
