A. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all aspects of commercial finance and business partner to provide insightful analysis for management's decision-making
Commercial Finance:
- Liaise with Commercial team to continuously drive margin improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with Regional Commercial Finance, Country Commercial and BA teams on initiatives to drive better categories/ financial performance
- Coordinate with BA team to prepare margin analysis, gross-to-net visibility for Commercial team to provide sufficient and timely information for decision-making, including but not limited to Sales, GP, supplier performance evaluation
- Validate promotion programs
Business partner:
- Provide insights & analysis for better business decision making; partner with business to build and implement initiatives for growth Build performance tracking and evaluation of business initiatives/ commercial campaigns
- Identify/recommend opportunities/initiatives for sales and customer-base growth
Business initiatives:
- Conduct feasibility studies for new business initiatives/projects
- Process simplification: drive simplification with automation and/or process improvement
- Manage and develop team members
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
B. REQUIREMENTS:
1.Qualifications:
- Degree major in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, Economics
- Member of a professional body (e.g. ACCA, CPA) is an advantage
2.Experience:
- 6-8 years experience in Commercial Finance, Financial Accounting; Big 4 auditing experience preferred
- Knowledge of Oracle, SAP and other similar ERP system
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of other data processing tools is a plus
- Experience in leading team
- Experience in multinational retail/ consumer goods will be an advantage
3.Competencies:
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong people leadership skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills given matrix organization structure, including regional and local stakeholders
- Open to changes and willing to drive changes when needed
- English and Vietnamese proficiency in both writing and speaking
