Job Description

Who We Are

Palexy turns existing in-store CCTV cameras into AI-driven analytics - helping retailers across APAC boost conversion, improve customer service, and run leaner operations. We work with 100+ enterprise and mid-market retailers including Aldo, Sony, Pandora, Dyson, etc.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on commercial role, not a back-office one. You'll get real exposure to the full B2B sales cycle - from prospecting and outreach to proposals and deal closure. If you're early in your career and want to learn how enterprise SaaS sales actually works, this is the place.

What You'll Do

  • Support client-facing work - prep decks, proposals, and briefs, and handle the full meeting cycle from scheduling to follow-ups.

  • Own the CRM - keep lead and deal data clean and up to date throughout the sales cycle

  • Research - look into prospects, industries, and market trends to support the team's outreach and pitches

  • Keep things running - support onboarding, events, contracts, and general sales admin

What We're Looking For

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a SaaS, B2B, or e-commerce environment (sales, sales ops, business development, or similar)
  • Strong English - written and spoken; IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent (you'll be working with regional teams and English materials daily)
  • Hungry and self-driven - you don't wait to be told what to do; you spot gaps and fill them
  • Fast learner - comfortable picking up new tools, processes, and industry context quickly
  • Organised and reliable - you can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Curious about business - you genuinely want to understand how retailers operate and how data changes decisions
