About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Architect to join our Solutions Architecture & Infrastructure team. You will design and deliver end-to-end Cloud solutions, bridging cloud and on-premises environments, with a strong focus on enterprise systems integration and platform modernization.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect solutions for enterprise platforms including Workday, ERP integrations, and data platforms.
- Lead technical transformation initiatives - migrating legacy systems to modern cloud-based architectures.
- Develop solution blueprints, reference architectures, and integration patterns on Cloud environments (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable) and on-premises systems.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement technologies for group-wide projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
- Produce and maintain architecture documentation, decision records, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure solution alignment and delivery quality.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in a solutions/technical architect role or equivalent.
- Cloud: Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP - including IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid configurations.
- On-Premises: Working knowledge of traditional infrastructure (networking, servers, storage, virtualization).
- Integration: Experience designing integrations for enterprise systems (ERP, HCM, data platforms).
- Transformation: Demonstrated track record of modernizing legacy systems - re-platforming, re-architecting, or migrating to cloud.
- English: Professional proficiency - ability to communicate effectively with international vendors and stakeholders.
- Experience in Software Engineering/Development is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Workday integrations or ERP implementation projects.
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert) or AWS/GCP certifications.
- Familiarity with data platform technologies (e.g., Databricks).
- Experience working in multi-entity or group-level IT environments.
