Key accountability:
Application Deployment Execution
- Execute end-to-end application deployments across development, testing, and production environments
Automation & Tool Implementation
- Develop automation scripts, implement deployment tools, and optimize delivery processe
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Create and maintain deployment runbooks, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles
Quality Assurance & Validation
- Perform deployment validation, conduct smoke testing, and ensure quality standards are met
Environment Management & Configuration
- Manage application environments, configure deployment pipelines, and maintain environment stability
Troubleshooting & Technical Support
- Diagnose and resolve deployment issues, provide technical support during releases, and perform root cause analysis
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in application development.
- Proven track record of managing full-stack application delivery.
Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of SDLC and CI/CD methodologies.
- Able to hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
- Strong Oracle / PostgreSQL, database design, PLSQL deployment and migration tools.
- Strong API development, secure programing, scripting and automation (Dotnet, VueJS/React/Flutter, Java, Python, Go).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
- Understanding of application servers (Tomcat, IIS, WebLogic, JBoss).
Communication & Collaboration:
- Good communication and presentation skills, effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking:
- Analytical mindset to break down complex insurance workflows.
- Creative problem-solving for user experience challenges.
- Data-driven decision-making using metrics and user feedback.
Preferred:
- Experience in digital transformation projects within insurance industry.
- Clean Architecture / MVVM experience
- Firebase (Auth, Firestore, FCM)
- Knowledge of Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift)
- GitHub portfolio or Flutter side projects
