Client Solutions Associate (US Timezone, 7AM/8PM)

As a Client Solutions Associate on our Expert Matching team, you're not sourcing CVs. You're connecting the right knowledge to the right decision, at the right time, across APAC, US, and EU markets.

The split shift is intentional: it gives you the middle of your day back, while keeping you in sync with global clients on both ends.

What you'll actually do

Decode complex client briefs by understanding industry focus, target companies, seniority level, and niche expertise, then translate that into a precise expert profile worth pursuing.

Source across LinkedIn, professional networks, recruitment databases, and your own instincts. Find the candidates others can't.

Conduct candidate screening and vetting, build relationships, and manage scheduling from first outreach to confirmed client-expert interview.

Who you are

• 1-4 years in recruitment, client services, headhunting, consulting support, or talent acquisition.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese: sharp, confident communicator across cultures and seniority levels.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment and treat targets as a floor, not a ceiling.
• Additional languages Even better.
