As a Client Solutions Associate on our Expert Matching team, you're not filling a pipeline. You're solving a puzzle: understanding exactly what a client needs, then finding the one expert in the world who can answer it, across industries, borders, and languages.
It's fast. It's precise. And no two days look the same.
What you'll actually do
- Translate complex client briefs into sharp expert profiles by understanding industry focus, seniority level, and niche expertise across APAC markets.
- Hunt across LinkedIn, professional networks, recruitment databases, and your own instincts. Source expert candidates that others can't find.
- Conduct candidate screening and vetting, build trust, and connect the right experts with clients who've been waiting for exactly that conversation.
Who you are
- 2+ years in recruitment, client services, headhunting, consulting support, or talent acquisition.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese, confident in both written and spoken communication with a diverse professional network.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment and don't wait to be told what to do.
