Job Description:

Perform feasibility assessments of warehouse inspections.
Inspect the in-process of the warehouse by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests.
Inspect site works as per the drawings.
Documents inspection results by summarizing the list of repair and renovation.
Track project progress and reporting on results.
Design and create structural models by using computer-aided design software.
Perform engineering calculations on structural analysis.
Assess potential risk
Deliver the best quality of property and advise if there are any issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a valid engineering license.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD programs.
Conversant with architectural and structural drawings.
Proficient in design and calculation software.
Travel to job sites is required.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
Communicable English

Flexible with uncertainty
