Job Summary
The Content Specialist will be the voice of the Visit Vietnam brand, creating compelling and informative content to engage our key audiences. You will be responsible for crafting everything from press releases and website copy to social media updates and marketing materials that tell the story of our initiative and its value.

Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and publish high-quality content for a variety of channels, including the project website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and press releases.
- Develop content for B2B marketing materials to attract and educate tourism businesses about the benefits of certification.
- Create engaging B2C content that promotes certified businesses and highlights unique travel experiences in Vietnam.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and support integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the brand&aposs tone of voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
- Conduct research on industry trends to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
- Assist in writing scripts for promotional videos or presentations.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve online visibility.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or communications.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in both Vietnamese and English, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Experience writing for different formats and audiences (e.g., web, social media, PR).
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
- Strong research skills and a high level of creativity.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Experience in the tourism, hospitality, or technology industry.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience with a Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
