GENERAL MISSION/ NHIM V CHUNG

. To direct and Co-ordinate overall activities of the Security Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS / TRÁCH NHIM CHUNG

. Responsible for the entire operation, staffing and equipment of the Security Department.

. Train staffs about security SOP / Huân luyên cho nhân viên Bao vê vê nghiêp vu an ninh.

. Train security staffs about how to use supportive tools, equipped equipments.

Huân luyên cho nhân viên Bao vê cach thc s dung cac công cu hô tr, cac thiêt bi c trang bi.



ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES/ TRÁCH NHIM HÀNH CHÍNH


. Delegate to, supervise all Senior staff within the Department, and assist them in preparing work schedules.

Giao nhim v & giám sát nhng thnh viên cao cp trong b phn An ninh, giúp h chun b lch lm vic.

. Conform to and enforce policies, procedures, rules, and regulations as laid down by ACCOR and the Hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.

. Performs special duties as required by OM / GM.

. Ensure that the safety policy and procedures are effectively communicated to all employees and contractors.

. Ensure induction and departmental or job specific training is provided for all employees.

. Ensure that safety procedures and other safety information is complied with.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ TRÁCH NHIM CHUYÊN MÔN


. Prepare weekly staffing schedules, monitoring staff attendance and assist in planning work schedules.

. Based on team's actual capabilities to assign tasks reasonably, to have best security at the hotel.

. Maintain a Hotel logbook on incidents, complaints etc. and refer them, if required to the appropriate department for follow up action.

Duy trì s theo dõi nhng s vic xy ra, phn nn…& v tham chiu s ny nu cn thit vi các b phn có liên quan có các hnh ng tip theo.

. Prepare various monthly reports as required by Management of the Hotel.

. Making daily reports & random reports required by OM/GM

. Conduct regular operational meetings to review, monitor, adjust and upgrade the performance of the Department as a whole, explaining new directions and policies and procedures at the same time.

. Often the catch-up meeting with shift leaders, staffs, organize department meeting to correct / fix the weekness / loophole, adjusting accordingly to make performance better & better.

. Prepare the annual capital and operating budgets for the Department in conjunction with the OM and ensure departmental expenditure is kept within budget by presenting the P & L for the Department to the OM/GM on a monthly basis.

. Be aware of the Security policies and procedures of the Hotel and always ensure that in all areas of the Hotel that they are being strictly adhered to.

. Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and your Departments responsibility in an emergency.

. Establish security plan, fire fighting & prevention plan for Pullman Phu Quoc

Lâp phng an bao vê, phng an PCCC cho khac san Pullman Phu Quoc.

. Train all security staffs all the SOPs, Procedures, Case handling… well in all emergency cases.

Huân luyên cho toan thê nhân viên lc lng Bao vê cac ky nng, quy trinh nghiêp vu , cach x ly..thuân thuc trong nhng tinh huông khân câp .


COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ TRÁCH NHIM THNG MI


. To handle and resolve all guest queries and complaints in an efficient manner and to establish an amicable relationship with all clients, customers and guests of the Hotel.

Gii quyt nhng thc mc & phn nn ca khách hng mt cách chuyên nghip, thit lp mi quan h tt vi tt c khách hng.

. Always being friendly, helpful to our guests.

Luôn co thai ô vui ve, tân tinh khi phuc vu khach.

. Always listen to, sharing, sympathizing with guests.

Luôn chu y lng nghe, chia se, cam thông… khi khach phan nan.

. Actively & colloboratively with concerned departments to handle well all the guest complaints, always create the comfortable & happy feeling for guests.

. Through close supervision, recommend improvements and changes to the operation of the Department, especially concerning creating better service standards, increasing revenue and reducing costs.

. Reinforce the tasks of staff checking & supervision in the department to create high efficiency in performance.

. Always improve performance style, improve customer service daily.

Luôn ci thin phong cách lm vic, nâng cao cht lng phc v khách hng ngy,

. To cooperate with police (Fire Fighting & Prevention , Immigration, Police station….)

Phi hp vi bên công an ( PCCC, Cc XNC, n Công An…..)

. Establish good relationship with Fire Fighting & Prevention Police in order to be convenient for staffs training about Fire . . . Fìgting & Prevention and periodic check at the Pullman Phu Quoc.

Tao môi quan hê tôt vi lc lng Canh sat PCCC ê thuân tiên cho viêc huân luyên nhân viên vê công tac PCCC,công tac kiêm tra inh ky tai khac san .

. Establish good relationship with Local Authority, Society Order Team at Hotel area for more convenient in security operation and guest activities support.

Thiêt lâp môi quan hê tôt vi cac c quan chinh quyên ia phng, i trt t xã hi , Công an xuât nhâp canh , quân ôi… trên ia ban ê thuân tiên cho công tac Bao vê va hô tr cac hoat ông cua khach san .


HUMAN RESOURCE RESPONSIBILITIES/ TRÁCH NHIM V NHN S


. Plans and organizes regular Departmental training for all staff, especially new staff, paying particular attention to courtesy, efficiency, service standards, grooming, diplomacy and actual job knowledge.

. Planning in details for training staffs about Security tasks, fire fighting & prevention tasks, First aid…

. Train all security staffs monthly, quarterly, yearly about above SOP, Fire Fighting & Prevention.

Huân luyên inh ky hang thang, quy, nm cho tât ca nhân viên bô phân bao vê vê cac nghiêp vu trên.


RELATIONS/ QUAN H CHUNG


. Reports directly to the Operation Manager/ GM.

Báo cáo trc tip cho Qun lý Vn hnh/ Tng Qun lý.

. Work closely with other Departments of the hotel, and attend meetings on a periodical basis.

. Pioneer on teamwork spirit, enthusiastic , willing to support and help other departments when necessary.

. Participate in providing and receiving constructive criticism about the Department and the Hotel as a whole, in order to improve efficiency, productivity and guest service.

Tham gia trong vic a ra & nhn nhng ý kin xây dng ca b phn mình & các b phn khác trong khách sn nâng cao hiu qu v cht lng dch v.

. Building the Spirit of Engagement & Union in the department.

Xây dng tinh thn on kt gn bó trong b phn.

. Through daily work, together with team to discuss, search for…to bring out initiative for performance improvement of security & other departments.

Qua thc tê công viêc hang ngay, cung tâp thê bô phân ban bac , tim kiêm... ê a ra nhng y kiên cai thiên hiêu qua công viêc cua bô phân Bao vê va cac bô phân khac .



Work Experience

. Graduated in Vocational School / College / University and/or with similar working experience in 04 -05 star Hotel/Resorts.

. Office computer literacy.

. Can communicate in English fairly well,Vietnamese native speaking.

. Leadership , Management , Interpersonal Skill.

. Ability to run department efficiently, knowing how to deal with staffs/ customers professionally.

. Excellent in service mind oriented, Excellent time keeping and organisational skills.

. Working experience in 2-3 years with similar position , Assistant Chief Security with good background/profile will be considered for interview.
