Were hiring a Chief Marketing Officer to unify brand, marketing, and student recruitment for one of the leading education organization in Vietnam.
Youll lead MarCom, domestic & international recruitment, and high-school partnerships as one growth engine and scale a CRM-driven funnel to deliver intake growth. We want an executive operator with multi-market brand + performance chops, hands-on CRM/automation, and a track record of turning campaigns into enrolment.
What youll do
- Set and execute the unified brand + demand strategy tied to enrolment targets.
- Lead senior heads across MarCom and Recruitment; align goals, budgets, and SLAs.
- Scale CRM and marketing automation; build attribution, CAC, and conversion dashboards.
- Orchestrate domestic & international channels, including agent/partner ecosystems, to hit intake goals.
- Drive market intelligence and competitive positioning; pivot quickly to capture new segments.
