About the Role
- We are looking for a commercially driven CEO to lead the launch of a new education venture in Vietnam. This is an opportunity, requiring end-to-end ownership of setting up operations and delivering a successful school opening.
- The role can be based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive overall business performance, including full P&L responsibility
- Manage licensing processes and regulatory compliance to ensure successful market entry
- Oversee capital development and coordinate with project developers
- Lead student recruitment and enrolment growth strategies
- Ensure the school is launched on schedule and within budget
- Build and lead the organization, including hiring key leadership roles
- Appoint and partner with a School Principal to oversee academic operations
Requirements
- Proven track record in leading greenfield, startup, or expansion projects (education or related sectors preferred)
- Strong commercial mindset with hands-on P&L management experience
- Ability to engage effectively with local regulators, developers, and investors in Vietnam
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and motivated by building and scaling new ventures from scratch
