Chief Accountant

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Accountant role located in Long Thnh, Vietnam. The Chief Accountant will oversee all accounting functions, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and auditing. Responsibilities also include managing financial records, ensuring compliance with local regulations, supervising accounting staff, preparing financial analyses, and providing strategic financial advice to support the company's business operations.

• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budget preparation, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance guidelines
• Experience with bookkeeping, auditing, and maintaining detailed financial records
• Leadership and team management skills to supervise and guide accounting staff
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA certification is a plus
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in accounting or financial management
