Chief Accountant

WORKING TIME & LOCATION

• Location: 77 Ta Hien Street, Thanh My Loi Ward, Thu Duc City
• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Saturday: flexible/remote)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and oversee all accounting and tax service operations for clients (multi-industry, preferably FDI clients).
• Review and control financial statements and tax reports, ensuring full compliance with regulations.
• Handle complex accounting tasks: costing, tax finalization, cost optimization, and tax advisory.
• Work with tax authorities on inspections, audits, and tax finalizations.
• Develop and standardize accounting service processes (workflow, quality control, SLA).
• Manage, train, and develop the accounting team (junior to senior levels).
• Provide financial and accounting advisory to clients, enhancing service quality and client retention.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting services/tax agency, preferably with FDI clients.
• Must hold one of the following certifications: CPA, APC (Accounting Practice Certificate) or equivalent.
• Experience at Chief Accountant / Team Leader / Supervisor level or above.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations, and related laws.
• Ability to handle a wide range of accounting tasks: general accounting, tax, costing, and management reporting.
• Experience working with tax authorities (tax finalization, audits, explanations).
• Strong leadership, team management, and process-building skills.
• Good English proficiency (reading documents, working with FDI clients).
• Proactive, responsible, service-oriented mindset, and able to work under pressure.
