We are hiring a Chief Accountant to join our team and lead the company's financial operations in a fast-growing start-up & e-commerce environment.
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years as Chief Accountant
- Experience in fashion / retail / FMCG / e-commerce is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory, cost of goods sold (COGS), and cashflow management
- Good understanding of Vietnam tax regulations
- Chief Accountant certification required
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage the company's accounting system
- Control and optimize cost structures
- Manage cashflow and inventory
- Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Work with tax authorities
- Support financial analysis for business decisions
Key KPIs:
- Accurate and on-time financial reporting
- No tax compliance issues
- Effective cost control
- Strong cashflow management
Salary: 22 – 32.5 million VND
