-Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs always up to 5-stars standards.
-Ensure that kitchen activities operate in a timely manner.

-Enforce hygiene standards and HACCP.
-Provide support to junior kitchen employees with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
-Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet the outlet's standards.
-Create schedules for kitchen employees and evaluate their performance.
-Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations.
-In-charge and manage your own kitchen team.
Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine: sashimi, sushi, cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices. Food testing might be requested
Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities
Understanding HACCP (preferably to have a HACCP certificate)
English communication at intermediate level
