Postion Overview
The Distribution Channel Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the company's distributor and channel partner network to achieve sales targets and market growth. This role also focuses on increasing brand awareness through collaboration with distributors and participation in marketing activities across social media platforms and channel marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
1. Channel Development
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors and channel partners.
- Develop channel expansion strategies to increase market penetration.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and key accounts.
- Evaluate partner performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
2. Sales Management
- Achieve annual sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth through channel sales activities.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and market opportunities.
- Support distributors in closing large projects and opportunities.
3. Market & Business Development
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Develop strategic plans for market expansion and territory growth.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities with partners.
- Gather market intelligence and provide business insights to management.
4. Partner Support & Training
- Conduct product training and sales workshops for distributors and partners.
- Assist partners in developing sales strategies and customer engagement plans.
- Ensure distributors understand company policies, pricing, and branding guidelines.
5. Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with logistics, service, finance, and marketing teams to support channel operations.
- Manage pricing, contracts, rebate programs, and distributor agreements.
- Resolve channel conflicts and customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure timely reporting.
