JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Plan sales strategy and drive the channel sales to achieve profit and other financial targets as assigned by the company.
- Drive sales revenue through effective management of the total supply chain- distributors/wholesalers/end users.
- Manage Area Sale Managers (ASM), Trade Marketing Managers, including sale structure, training, expenditure, budget planning, impress account, performance coaching, monitoring.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the sales process.
- Foster strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key end users to enhance collaboration and drive sales.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet financial objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years progressive sales and management experience in food industry.
- Hands-on knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, distributor networks, office management.
- Strong leadership and management skills as well as a team player.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English communication.
