We are currently searching for a Channel Sales Manager to develop our business in Vietnam . This is for our Smart Home brand IMOU (Pronounced: I-Moe).
This is a hybrid role you will be hunting for new business opportunities and managing new/existing accounts.

Job Overview :
Responsible for driving the implementation of business strategies of channel sales, leading and managing the local channel team to achieve annual/quarterly/monthly sales targets. Oversee the development and management of National Distributors (ND), Master Dealer (MD), enhance channel coverage and market share, optimize the distributor system and inventory management, and collaborate with GTM , marketing, technical support, and supply chain departments to drive channel business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute overall channel sales strategies and annual/quarterly/monthly targets (including product strategies, MSRP policies, and channel policies).
- Organize and manage the daily operations, target decomposition, and performance evaluation of the channel team, providing guidance and training to channel sales specialists.
- Lead new MD/Reseller expansion plans and personally engage in key customer negotiations and contract signings.
- Focus on key channels and major accounts, responsible for maintaining core channel relationships, conflict resolution, and commercial term negotiations.
- Monitor and optimize distributor orders, inventory, and sales data, formulate inventory control and replenishment strategies to reduce inventory risks and improve turnover.
- Design and evaluate channel marketing, promotions, and training programs to ensure activity output and ROI meet targets.
- Consolidate and analyze market and competitor intelligence, propose channel-level response strategies, and collaborate with product and marketing departments for execution.
- Manage channel budgets and resource allocation (promotional budgets, rebate policies, etc.) and take ownership of the ROI of channel projects.
- Regularly report channel performance, issues, and strategic recommendations to country manager , driving key changes and continuous improvements.
- Take on sales-related tasks within the GTM process and lead the local sales team to ensure full execution and closure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Electronics/Security, or related fields.
- 5+ years of channel sales or distribution management experience (preferably in security/CCTV or consumer electronics distribution), with at least 2 years in team management.
- Strong data analysis and business judgment skills, capable of formulating and adjusting channel strategies based on data.
- Excellent negotiation, cross-department coordination, and team management abilities.
- Familiarity with channel management processes, ERP/CRM systems, and channel incentive design.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), willing to travel frequently.
- Strong resilience and execution skills, adept at driving complex projects to completion.
