Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Vietnam Channel Sales Manager to lead channel development and drive business growth across the Vietnam market. This role will be responsible for managing distributor relationships, expanding reseller networks, and increasing in-house share within key managed accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute channel strategy to expand regional (South Vietnam) coverage and strengthen reseller network
• Manage and grow key reseller accounts, including increasing the number and performance of VIP resellers
• Drive in-house share growth within managed accounts through solid account planning, including business and marketing initiatives
• Oversee distributor (Disty) management, including weekly PSI reviews and action planning to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment on channel programs and go-to-market strategies
• Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitor pricing, promotions, programs, and activities
• Develop product comparison materials to support sales positioning and channel communication
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Channel Management
