As part of our expansion in the Active Entertainment industry, we are preparing to launch an exciting new brand in Vietnam.

The center is designed to deliver a dynamic and high-energy experience that combines digital and physical entertainment, interactive attractions, and active play, creating an engaging environment for social connection and memorable moments for guests of all ages.

Role Description

Center Operations Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the entire center.
  • Ensure all play areas and attractions operate smoothly and according to operational standards.
  • Allocate staff based on customer traffic and operating hours.
  • Monitor cleanliness, safety standards, and overall customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, partners, and external stakeholders for any operational matters that may arise.

Business Performance Management

  • Responsible for achieving the center's revenue targets and business performance.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics including:
  • customer traffic
  • ticket revenue
  • F&B / merchandise revenue
  • event and party bookings
  • Propose promotions, events, and activities to increase revenue.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to implement campaigns and promotions at the center.

Customer Experience Management

  • Ensure high-quality customer service and guest experience at the center.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a safe, friendly, and energetic environment for families and children.

Safety and Equipment Management

  • Coordinate with relevant departments (Project / Facility) to ensure safe operations:
  • Oversee all equipment and facilities within the center.
  • Ensure all activity areas comply with operational safety procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of play equipment.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for maintenance and repairs.
  • Report and handle incidents when they occur (incident report).

Team Management

  • Support recruitment, training, and development of the center team.
  • Assign tasks and create efficient staff schedules aligned with business needs.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide guidance when necessary.
  • Foster a positive, energetic, and customer-focused work culture.

Inventory and Merchandise Management

  • Monitor merchandise, F&B, and other inventory at the center.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team to conduct periodic stock checks.
  • Plan product orders based on business demand and operational needs.

Job Requirements

Education

  • College or Bachelor's degree.

Experience

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in operations management.
  • Experience in the following industries is preferred:
  • entertainment or amusement centers
  • fitness / sports
  • hospitality
  • F&B / retail
  • Good English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in pre-opening or new concept setup.
  • Experience managing a family entertainment center(FEC).
