CENNEXT's clients are fast-growing digital technology companies, pushing boundaries in the world of manufacturing and beyond. We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive WordPress QA/QC Specialist who can ensure every website we deliver is pixel-perfect, responsive, accessible, and meets modern performance standards. You'll manually test websites built from Figma or Adobe XD and work closely with designers, developers, and occasionally clients to maintain top-tier quality.

What You Will Do:

• Compare live web builds to Figma/XD designs with pixel-level precision. 
• Test responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. 
• Validate Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) using Lighthouse or GTmetrix. 
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA): color contrast, alt text, keyboard navigation, ARIA labels.
• Review content, layout, and SEO basics before launch. 
• Report issues clearly and follow up via Asana, Openproject, Tracker. 
• Communicate actively with team members to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

 Must-have

• Over 2 years of experience in manual QA/QC or tester for web (frontend preferred) or WordPress projects or over 2 years of experience in Wordpress (as developer is acceptable).
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Familiar with Figma, Adobe XD, and HTML/CSS basics.
• Excellent attention to visual and UX details.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with quick response and coordination.

Nice to have

• Experience checking site speed, SEO, or structured data.
• Basic familiarity with Git or deployment workflows.

Working Hours & Location:

• Working hours: 07:00 - 16:00 (1 hour break), off 2 Saturdays per month and all Sundays.
• Long-term commitment, willing to work overtime on holidays and Tet (overtime pay available).
• Location: Remote (WFH)/ Office: 22 Thanh Cong Street, Giang Vo Ward, Hanoi.
