JOB OVERVIEW

Chi Doanh - CB/I Digital is looking for capable SEO candidates to enhance on-page SEO, technical aspects, and local/mobile strategies for optimal performance across our high-impact US and Vietnamese projects. In this role, you will transition from traditional manual SEO execution to a next-generation Human-Agent Collaborator. You will set strategic objectives and orchestrate our cutting-edge Agentic AI infrastructure, proprietary apps, and Multi-LLM workflows to scale organic traffic growth and establish AI Search (GEO) dominance for enterprise clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out keyword research in English and Vietnamese using traditional tools paired with proprietary AI Query Fanout Generators.

• Execute thorough on-page SEO, including site structure, meta content, internal linking, keyword density, and data-driven topical authority planning.

• Manage technical SEO execution, including sitemaps, redirects, 404 error resolution, canonical tags, speed optimization, Core Web Vitals, and advanced crawling & indexing optimizations.

• Implement Local SEO, Mobile SEO, rich snippets, and schema/structured data rollouts.

• Execute Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) / AI Search Optimization strategies to capture top rankings, featured summaries, and brand citations across Google AI Overviews (AIO), Perplexity, and ChatGPT.

• Orchestrate CB/I's Agentic AI Cluster—collaborating with specialized digital AI personas (Research, Writing, Review, and Compliance Agents) to scale rapid content workflows while strictly maintaining brand governance and YMYL (Your Money or Your Life) rules.

• Utilize our Multi-LLM AI Stack (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) and automation orchestrators (n8n, Zapier, Make) to eliminate repetitive manual tasks and maximize operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1-2 years of proven SEO experience; experience optimizing English-language websites is a strong advantage.

• Passionate interest or hands-on experience in AI-driven marketing, prompt engineering, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), or Multi-LLM usage (Claude, GPT, Perplexity, Gemini).

• Familiarity with no-code automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, or Make) is a massive plus.

• Solid English reading and writing skills (crucial for accurate prompting, logical reasoning, and refining English AI model outputs).

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to act as a Quality Gatekeeper—reviewing, fact-checking, and refining AI-generated insights and content before client delivery.

• Highly proactive with a strong capacity to learn quickly and a desire to pioneer the future of AI Search and performance marketing.

• Understanding of UI/UX, data analytics, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is a plus.
