Job Description:

  • Develop partnership with Cross Border seller in Vietnam via commercial plan and strategy to grow on Shopee.
  • Drive Cross Border related initiatives for commercial growth.
  • Identify issues, develop hypotheses, gather and analyze data, and present findings and strategic recommendations to facilitate senior leadership decision making.
  • Acts as a strategic partner to top-tier CB brands, managing end-to-end media planning and investment to drive sustainable GMV growth and marketing efficiency on Shopee, Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP), execute multi-channel campaigns, and utilize data insights to provide consultative solutions that optimize brand performance and ROI.
  • Drive end-to-end project to grow the special Cross Border seller segment and cross functional collaboration to take advantage of platform incentive.
  • Help bridge the gap between the various seller offices, the regional teams, and local teams.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Around 3 year of working experience, partnership, ecommerce or consulting experiences are advantages.
  • Full-time Bachelor's degree or above, smart and fast learning.
  • Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skill in English (Mandarin speaking is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented execution, deal with uncertainty, learn fast and manage projects from end to end.
  • Work well with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment.
