Job Description:

  • Take full accountability for the Beauty category P&L and deliver against targets.
  • Craft and implement the category strategy aligned to broader business objectives.
  • Hire, coach, and elevate a high-performing category team oversee development and performance management.
  • Work seamlessly with local and regional counterparts to execute initiatives.
  • Track category trends and understand both seller and buyer behaviors to inform decisions.
  • Identify, establish, and scale strategic partnerships within the local ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum two years of working experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm
  • Experienced in the beauty category is a plus
  • Strong communication and senior stakeholder management
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
