Established in 2019 with a total of 2 sub-teams: Campaign Execution and Site/QA & Onsite. We are here as an essential part of a campaign, enabling efficient and seamless operations.
We connect relevant teams to ensure that all teams adhere to the Campaign timeline, set up Shopee assets (Landing pages, onsite assets, non-landing pages, games...) that attract users, and keep up excellent user experiences by ensuring that Shopee guidelines are followed and providing guidance for external teams on feature requests with up-to-date features.
Job Description
Coordinate with internal and external teams (Business Development, Marketing, Campaign, Game, etc.) to execute campaign landing pages, banners, onsite and games exposures according to business priorities.
Allocate Homepage slots and control Other assets (Home squares, overlay,...) for implementation. Perform live checks on all On-site visibility to ensure quality.
Set up and pre-check microsites, homepages, non-landing page slots, activity banners, and campaign games to ensure quality and a seamless user experience. Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns, validating requirements, and monitoring urgent request queues.
Manage voucher requests for Campaign & Game teams, as well as Sitewide vouchers, ensuring proper planning and execution.
Collaborate with compliance teams (Legal, Finance, Tax,...) and relevant teams for declaring promotional programs.
Communicate updates and resolve issues effectively to keep all stakeholders informed.
Maintain confidentiality of campaign information.
Follow shift arrangements and perform other tasks assigned by the Team Lead.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
Careful, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution and project management.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to quickly adapt to dynamic and fast-changing work environments.
Advanced Excel skills and ability to quickly learn other tools/systems.
