Job Description
- Safeguard the assets of the company
- Attend to guest needs in order to keep guest satisfaction at highest degree
- Cash all types of checks for patrons within the specified guidelines
- Record all checks cashed in the specified computer system
- Conduct both Marker and Front Money transactions on patron accounts
- Balance bank at the beginning and end of shift
- Redeem chips/token and TITO for patrons and all acceptable types of foreign currencies
- Help patrons with general information upon request
- Performsother job-related duties
Job Requirement
- Experience of one year in the gaming cage area preferred.
- College degree is required or equivalent.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to operate a computer and familiarity with Microsoft programs.
- Must present a well groomed and professional appearance. Excellent communication skills and guest service skills.
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
- Must be flexible, with the ability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess basic math, bookkeeping and typing skills to post information to the database.
