We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join a new international company in Vietnam within the FMCG industry. This role will focus on financial management and reporting to ensure the smooth operation of the accounting and finance department in Ho Chi Minh City.

Description
- Prepare and review monthly journals (payroll, accruals, prepayments)
- Manage fixed asset accounting (additions, disposals, depreciation)
- Prepare trial balance and post adjustment entries
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee full Accounts Receivable cycle and collections
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing (invoices, debit/credit notes)
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure AP accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare monthly management reports (MMA)
- Support annual budgeting process
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audits
- Generate regular and ad hoc financial reports; improve processes
- Ensure compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and audit requirements
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (including double-entry bookkeeping).
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Added advantage: Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented and analytical thinker.
- A team player eager to learn and grow.
