Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for C&I (Commercial & Industrial) solar and energy storage solutions in Vietnam
- Build and manage strategic relationships with EPCs, developers, investors, and key industrial clients
- Identify and develop new C&I project opportunities, including rooftop and ground-mounted solutions
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for inverters and battery energy storage systems
- Lead the full sales cycle from project identification, technical alignment, proposal preparation, to contract negotiation
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, product, logistics, and service) to ensure successful project delivery
- Analyze market trends, policy changes, and competitor activities in Vietnam's renewable energy sector
- Support project financing discussions and collaborate with partners where needed
- Monitor payment collection and ensure healthy cash flow for projects
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and key client meetings
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in solar or energy storage sales, preferably in the C&I sector
- Strong network with EPCs, developers, industrial park clients, or large commercial customers in Vietnam
- Proven experience in project-based sales and key account management
- Good understanding of Vietnam's solar policies, PPA structures, and C&I business models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth in a fast-paced market
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel within Vietnam as required
