Job Description

1. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
  • Manage payroll, guaranteed bonuses, and allowances for Vietnam and regional entities (Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, etc.).
  • Oversee social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance processes, including registration, adjustments, and finalization.
  • Check and finalize PIT (monthly/annual); ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Conduct salary increment and promotion processes, ensuring alignment with budget, performance, and market competitiveness.
  • Build HR dashboards, perform C&B data analysis, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Conduct salary surveys (e.g., Mercer, market benchmarks) to ensure competitive compensation.
  • Standardize and optimize C&B processes (timekeeping, overtime, benefits administration).
  • Control HR budgets and related costs.

B. Performance Management
  • Operate and optimize Performance Management System (OKRs, PA cycles, Year-End Bonus).
  • Guide bi-annual PA processes, analyze results to inform C&B, rewards, and development.
  • Propose system improvements to increase efficiency and fairness.

C. Policies & Compliance
  • Draft, review, and update HR policies (labor contracts, probation, leave, and benefits).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, insurance, PIT regulations across operating countries.
  • Support internal/external audits and maintain accurate HR records.

2. Requirements & Skills

Experience:

  • 5+ years in C&B/HR, including 2+ years in a supervisory/lead role. Experience in e-commerce or fast-growth environments preferred.

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • English proficiency (IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent).
  • Professional certifications in HR/C&B (e.g., SHRM, AIHR, HRCI, Mercer) are a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Excel and HRIS tools; strong data analysis & reporting ability.
  • Knowledge of salary modeling, market surveys, and compensation structures.
  • Tech-savvy; willingness to use AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to work autonomously in dynamic environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
