Organization- Park Hyatt Phu Quoc

Summary

Welcome and attend to villa guests, ensuring a personalized and premium service experience.
Assist with in-villa check-in/check-out, offering convenience and privacy for guests.
Prepare the villa prior to guest arrival: ensure setup, amenities, cleanliness and equipment readiness.
Handle guest requests such as dining arrangements, decorations, room service, laundry, transportation, tours, etc.
Communicate regularly with guests to understand their needs and ensure timely service delivery.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Culinary and other departments for seamless villa service.
Inspect villa condition, minibar, amenities and premium items to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist with special setups such as in-villa BBQ, romantic arrangements, private dining or celebration events.
Resolve and report issues promptly, coordinating solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Host Villa or Villa Manager.

Qualifications

Diploma, College or University degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related fields.
Experience as a Butler/Villa Host or VIP service is preferred; not mandatory for candidates with good attitude and communication skills.
Strong communication skills with a polite, friendly and well-groomed demeanor.
Good English communication; additional languages are a plus.
Good organizational skills and effective handling of guest requests.
Detail-oriented, attentive and guest-service minded.
Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays; ready to assist guests at any time.
