This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, negotiating contractual agreements, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves market research, strategic planning, and collaboration with internal teams to support product development and sales strategies.

• Proven experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Partnership Management
• Strong Negotiation, Strategic Planning, and Problem-Solving skills
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Relationship-Building skills
• Understanding of IIoT technology and industrial communication applications
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (office and remote) and in a team-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the technology or industrial sector is an advantage
