Blitz IT, a leading banking & financial technology provider with 150+ clients across 10 countries, is expanding in Vietnam! Were looking for a self-driven Sales Leader to independently grow business, secure new deals, and drive revenue in the financial IT sector.
The ideal candidate is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of various projects. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, to collects and analyzes data to support project goals, and delivering projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have strong, extensive business analysis experience, and a deep understanding of project implementation methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering and Translate them into clear project specifications for successful implementation.
- Oversee the full project implementation lifecycle and ensure that all business requirements are accurately defined and met.
- Identify potential risks and issues during the project lifecycle, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to ensure smooth project execution completion time and within department budget.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in banking or finance,
- Knowledge of banking systems or banking solution is an advantage.
- Good speaking, writing and reading in English language are required.
- Fast learning and good team work spirit
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent account management, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Positive 'Can Do' attitude and willing to achieve the 'unachievable'
