Job Description:
You will lead high-impact transformation initiatives within Operations, with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions and cost optimization. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency, cost structure, and user experience.
- Own and lead end-to-end transformation projects across Operations, from problem definition to execution and impact delivery.
- Identify and prioritize AI-driven opportunities (e.g., process automation, ops productivity tools, demand forecasting) and drive pilot-to-scale implementation.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured hypotheses, clear success metrics, and execution roadmaps.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on cost drivers, operational performance, and user behavior to uncover actionable insights.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with multiple stakeholders to ensure execution quality and timeline commitment.
- Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks drive practical, scalable solutions.
- Manage stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior leadership, with clear and concise communication.
- Mentor junior team members and elevate overall team execution standards.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, or operations roles
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects independently
- Strong analytical capability with experience working on data-driven problem solving
- Exposure to AI/automation or cost optimization initiatives is highly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management, especially with senior stakeholders
- Hands-on, structured, and comfortable with ambiguity in fast-paced environments
