JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Sales & Revenue / Gross Profit
- Directly participate in B2B sales activities; take primary responsibility for achieving individual and team revenue/gross profit targets.
- Approach, consult, and close deals with corporate clients.
2. New Customer Development
- Identify and develop new corporate customers in line with the approved business plan.
- Proactively propose potential client lists, approach them, and build long-term relationships.
3. Customer Care & Reactivation
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring transaction frequency and engagement.
- Analyze inactive or slow-purchasing clients and propose suitable reactivation strategies (products, policies, timing, etc.).
4. Product Orientation
- Collaborate in proposing suitable product strategies for different corporate customer segments.
- Collect and report market insights (high-demand samples, pricing levels, seasonal demand, etc.).
- Contribute to optimizing product portfolios and packaging solutions to enhance sales effectiveness.
5. Social Channel Coordination
- Manage and coordinate B2B sales-related content on Website / Facebook / Zalo / TikTok.
- Work with Marketing/internal teams to ensure content aligns with corporate customer insights and supports actual sales activities.
6. Reporting & Internal Coordination
- Provide periodic reports on sales results and customer status.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (Marketing, Production, Accounting, Operations, Order Management, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
7. Other Duties
- Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager to support revenue growth, corporate customer development, and team operational efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or wholesale.
- Strong consulting, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Good understanding of corporate customer buying behavior.
- Proactive, disciplined, fast-paced, and able to work under sales pressure.
- Basic understanding of social media sales content (no deep marketing expertise required).
- Proficient in office tools (Excel, Word, reporting).
- CAN DO mindset proactive in solving emerging problems.
