Business Development Specialist

Role Description

• Assist the leader in building and managing the promotion team.
• try run the promotion workload and come out with a comprehensive work sop.
• Serve as the team trainer to train members and ensure each achieves qualified business results.
• Manage operational data, identify issues, and provide effective solutions.
• Develop external resources and lead the team to achieve business targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, e-commerce, or KOL/MCN agency
• Proficient in Chinese
• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Effective Communication skills for networking, presentations, and coordinating with clients and team members.
• Experience in Lead Generation and developing strategies to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Strong focus on Customer Service to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
